*Update: Oscar Nomination Rescinded

Oscar nominations were announced today and “Alone Yet Not Alone” is nominated for Best Original Song. I had the honor of singing this original song in the movie of the same name (the video includes scenes from the movie and video clips from my recording session). I hope you have a chance to see Alone Yet Not Alone when it comes to a theater near you – it’s a beautiful film with a strong Christian theme. By the way, I doubt I'll be performing the song at the Oscars, but please be praying that God’s purposes will be fulfilled when the global spotlight shines on this lovely song on March 2nd for all the world to see!

I thank God for his strength is always made perfect in your weakness. Yes we are in the world but not of the world and that is why we might seem alone but we are never alone because greater is he that is in us. I have read most of your books and continue to retread them and recommend them to friends. You are a blessing to all

This song was sung with perfection! God was with you through every note. And, Oscar who.....(wink)......These people can never make or break you. You are touched by the hand of God, and no man or woman on this earth can touch you. God's blessing be upon you, and give you much favor!

Blessings to you, Joni, for all the hearts you touch! Your song is truly a gift from God through you. Thank you for your inspiration to us all. It is amazing how The Lord blessed us through our "handicaps", which turn out to be used so mightily by HIM. Praise HIM!! And thank you!!

Joni, you and Ken are such an encouragement and I am thankful for both of you! My body is slowly dying from a health issue but not my spirit! GOD IS SI FAITHFULI am often up at nights and I pray for you and the pain you have also for Ken. The book you and Ken wrote together I have read and it was incredible! Thanks to you both for your transparency! While I can not imagine what you live with and what you experience each day, I hope you know how much your life has touched mine!
