The Gift of Light
When Christmas is almost upon us, sometimes our “to do” lists distract us from reflecting on what the season is all about – celebrating the greatest gift this world has ever received, Jesus our Savior. It’s why I’m excited about participating in a very special southern California event, the Christmas Bazaar on December 3rd at Calvary Chapel of Chino Valley. If you live in LA or Orange Counties, this is something you won’t want to miss. The girls at Calvary Chapel are doing a brilliant thing – they’re merging the need to Christmas shop while helping their guests keep the focus on Christ. It all happens this Saturday, December 3rd, at their big Christmas Bazaar (I just love that – it reminds me of a scene in Dickens’ A Christmas Carol). Over 60 vendors will be showcasing their wares, plus food trucks and gourmet coffee. There’s even a Christmas Concert, after which I’ll share a special Christmas message. Sound like fun?
