Hope for Caregivers

Hope for the CaregiverHebrews 13:4 says, “Marriage should be honored by all,” and that’s especially true when there’s disability in a marriage – it’s why I so respect husbands who are caregivers. Recently my husband Ken was asked to write the foreword to a new book called Hope for the Caregiver – the author, Peter Rosenberger, is a longtime friend and has cared for his disabled wife, Gracie, through countless operations (Gracie is a double amputee and deals daily with intractable pain as a result of a car accident years ago). Ken and Peter have been a source of great encouragement for each other. And that’s why I’m excited about Hope for the Caregiver. It’s practical, witty, thoughtful, and, yes, inspirational – plus, my husband highly recommends it :-).
