Jen Barrick

Recently my good friend Jen Barrick, and her parents Linda and Andy, came by the International Disability Center for a quick visit (and an interview on my radio program). This photo is of Jen and her beautiful smile that is continually radiating the love of Christ to all who encounter her. Jen’s life exemplifies Philippians 4:4 “Always be full of joy in the Lord. I say it again—rejoice!” Life has not been easy for Jen; she and her family were in a terrible car accident 9 ½ years ago and it left Jen in a coma for 5 weeks. Although her body was broken, her spirit was alive and well. She emerged from the coma singing praise songs and quoting Bible verses!
