A Montana Moment

This past week, Ken was fly-fishing the Madison River with this Bible-study buddies up in Montana. I’m so glad he got this little bit of respite – over the last couple of months, Ken has been doing double-duty helping with my personal care routines (my long-time assistant, Judy, suffered a serious break in her leg). I prayed that the Lord Jesus would speak to him while he was up in Montana, and God answered: one late afternoon, Ken walked outside his cabin and saw this beautiful double rainbow. Our Lord says in Genesis 9:14-15, “Whenever I bring clouds over the earth and the rainbow appears in the clouds, I will remember my covenant between me and you.” Imagine that! The next time you see a rainbow, remember that God is remembering you. Isn’t the Lord good?!
