Our Designer God

A week or so ago, I had to stay home with a bad chest cold (the busyness of the Global Access Conference and NRB caught up with me). So it was a week of nebulizer treatments, antibiotics and lots of liquids. Also, sitting in the backyard sun to soak up a little Vitamin D. While there, I photographed this incredible little pod shooting up out of the Aloe plant by my side door. Oh my goodness, I could not believe the exacting, the perfect design of it all. Our God is so awesome – just think of the DNA complexities required to make that perfectly spiral design. I know that First Corinthians 14:40 is referring to something else, but it sure “fits” this little pod: “Let all things be done decently and in order.”
