Saluting Our Military

This past Sunday, while Ken and I were flying home from Kentucky (I spoke at a large Christian convention in Louisville), we took time to greet several military personnel in the airport. One was Capt. Mike Rhoades on his way home from Afghanistan – and during our conversation, we discovered he was a fellow believer in Jesus Christ :-). It was thrilling to hear how God is using soldiers like him to give the Gospel to those in harm’s way. Before we departed, we enjoyed a sweet time of prayer with Capt. Rhoades… and we continue to pray. This summer, please join Ken and me in faithfully interceding for our brave men and women in uniform!
