A Sweet Reflection

When I’m in a ‘season of pain’ (such as I am presently), I’m quick to look for inspiration. So this past Saturday, I found it during a visit with my quadriplegic friend, Vicky (she’s been in bed since early March with a terrible pressure sore; lots of Facebook friends have been praying for her). Anyway, I noticed a little quotation written on her mirror. So I snapped a photo of those hand-scrawled words of encouragement. But when I looked at the photo, I did not expect to see Vicky’s reflection in the mirror! It left me breathless, and so now it’s a ‘favorite’ on my camera roll. Like you, I need CONSTANT reminders to count my blessings. Should you think of it, lift up a prayer for Vicky.
