Hi, I’m Joni Eareckson Tada, and my husband and I support a remarkable young woman named Jasmine who works among the disabled in Thailand. And we do the same for Ashley, a college grad who serves among special needs families in Uganda. These girls are my heroes because theyre doing hard, demanding, grass-roots work among disabled people who literally have nothing and are considered worthless. But Jasmine and Ashley give the practical hands-on help of Jesus, as well as His Gospel love. And Im so proud of them. And what’s fun is that both these girls were, at one time, interns in our ministry. They came to Joni and Friends to learn how to “speak up for those who have no voice,” like it says in Proverbs. And now? They are having a global impact for Christ. Join them, would you? Become an intern with us and change the world. Get all the details at joniandfriends.org.
